Greg Thomas Director

Greg Thomas is a commercial lawyer with more than 20 years experience. He recently moved to Kelly Hazell Quill Lawyers, having previously been a partner with national firms.

Greg graduated from the University of Melbourne with a combined Law / Commerce degree.

Greg has a particular expertise in franchising law; advising his clients (which include franchisors and franchisees) on all aspects of franchising, including the preparation of documentation, the setting-up of franchise systems and networks, franchise acquisitions and transfers and advice regarding Franchising Code and Trade Practices Act compliance. His franchising experience covers a variety of industries.

As a commercial lawyer, Greg also advises clients on business and share sales and acquisitions and business succession / estate planning. As further example of the broad nature of his practice, Greg prepares security documentation and advises clients on insolvency issues.
