Kelly Hazell Quill Lawyers is a boutique commercial law firm that provides practical, efficient and commercially-driven legal solutions to a wide variety of corporate clients.

Our philosophy, and the way in which we deliver legal services, is not typical of most law firms. Our senior lawyers have significant in-house experience and therefore a very good idea of what it is like to be the purchaser of legal services. We work more closely with our clients than most law firms and we prefer to structure our fees flexibly and in ways which enable us to work cost-effectively.

We view our lawyers as an extended part of each client’s organisation and we are conscious that our services need to be valued by each client across the whole of its organisation.

Our firm’s ethos is the provision of high quality, technically excellent, responsive and cost-effective commercial legal services to in-house legal teams and key business managers of large corporate clients. Our firm presently acts for several clients that are large Australian-based corporations consisting of multiple business divisions spread across different sites (and sometimes different jurisdictions).

Our core service covers commercial property, all contractual and advice based commercial work, advice to media organisations (including defamation) and commercial litigation.
